Create NK823x Object in BACnet Network

  1. In System Browser, select Project > Field Networks > [BACnet Network].
  1. Select the Object Configurator tab.
  1. Click New and select New NK823x.
  1. In the New Object dialog box, enter a name and description.
  1. Click OK.
  • The new NK823x is added to System Browser and automatically selected.
  1. Select the NK8000 tab.
  1. Open the Configuration expander and set the Instance number (the BACnet Device Identifier) of the NK823x.
  1. Click Save.
  • The NK823x is added to the list of the Available NK823x expander in the NK8000 tab of Project > Field Networks.
  • A number of objects, including Ethernet 1, Ethernet 2, COM1 and COM2, are created under the new NK823x object.
